Delivery Times

After your order has been shipped, the following estimated delivery times apply:

Netherlands: 1–2 business days
Belgium: 2–4 business days
Other European countries: 3–7 business days

The delivery times stated above are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout based on the delivery address and the order.

Any offers for free shipping will be clearly stated on our website.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code, where available.

Always make sure that you have entered the correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
