Refund policy

Return Period

You have the right to register your order for return within 14 days of receiving your order. After registering the return, you have an additional 14 days to send the package back.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unworn and unwashed.
The item must not be damaged, stained, or altered.
The item must be free from any make-up, perfume, body odor, or other signs of use.
Where applicable, the item must be returned with the original labels and packaging.
The item must be packaged carefully and securely to prevent damage during the return shipment.

Clothing may only be tried on indoors and on a clean surface.

Items showing clear signs of use or damage may be refused or may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount.

Return Costs

The costs of returning an order are fully the responsibility of the customer. These costs will not be reimbursed by us.

We recommend sending your return with track & trace and keeping the shipping receipt until your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation.

If your return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original payment. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days after cancellation of the purchase. We may wait with the refund until we have received the returned item or until you have provided proof that the item has been sent back.

Exceptions

A return cannot be accepted if an item has been worn, washed, damaged, or shows clear signs of use after delivery.
